What kids can do is that they can help the earth. For example, they could turn the light off in their classroom if it’s a fire drill. If someone forgets to turn off a fan in their house, turn it off for them. Maybe even use less plastic cups and straws and plates, if you do recycle them as long as there is no crumbs or liquid inside. 4th grade.

Hi My name Is Isla, I believe that we should take care of our earth, For example, I think we can use less gas, paper, electricity, air, etc…. People should take care of not only themselves, but our enviornment. Maybe take 1 minute out of your day and pick up a piece of trash on the streets! Thank you for listening. Save Our Earth!

Hi Lina I agree with you I also studied that part of the climate change. It is really a bad thing but there are many ways we can stop it before it is too late, like to carpool with others or even better buy an electric car witch will be much harder than carpooling so I would say carpooling is better. we can still save the earth.

We must turn off the lights and fans when no one is in the room. We need to stop wasting so much food. We can use less electricity. Try to bring reusable materials along with you when you are outside like a reusable bottles, containers and even straws. Do not take extremely long showers as we are wasting so much water. Every drop counts. Water is also very precious. In the whole world there are 71% of water. However, only 31% of water is fresh and drinkable. Using less electricity and taking shorter showers not only slows climate change, we can also save our money. We need to plant more trees. We can use water that is used to wash the rice to water our plants. We can turn off the tap when we are brushing our teeth. We do not need to throw away plastic bags as it can be used as many times as possible. Always remember the three R .Reuse,recycle,reduce. If we demonstrate three R we can save the earth. We are all together on this. So we can all play our parts. Thank you. Please save the earth for the next generation too:]

    • Posting on this website is a good place to start communicating concerns and ideas to other kids. No identifying information is given, so kids aren’t contacted directly. I moderate all comments to make sure it’s a safe place for kids. Your son might be interested in researching actions that can be taken at home to help reduce a family’s carbon footprint. There are some good ideas on this website to get him started. I hope he will keep fighting the good fight. Even if it’s difficult for him, if he knows it will help slow down climate change it will make him braver.

Hi my name is Lina and I am in fourth grade.Climate change is a very bad thing for us because we can actually ruin our future. We need to stop wasting water because water is something we REALLY need in our future. The time we have is not limitless so please see this message and help our world.Animals, humans and plants need a better future. And it’s a bad thing because you pay even more like twice more then you usually pay for your water waste.People should always know that climate change can be a very bad decision for our and other people lives. And most of all ADULTS.Adults should ride a bike to work. You might say why should we do that.Well cars leave a bad smell on the road and people can get affected by it.And we can’t forget electronics.Dont look tooo much at you electronics because first it can be very bad for your eyes and second you use too much electricity. So please help the world 🌍
