What can kids do?
Kids Against Climate Change 
Climate change is caused by greenhouse gasses. Greenhouse gasses traps heat from the sun and the atmosphere.

I now believe that climate change is when the Earth warms up, when there’s different weather patterns and/or when places have new temperature patterns. Climate change started to take places during the Industrial Revolution, in the 1750’s when people didn’t know what it would do to our planet. People started to use machines- which would pollute our air to make their lives easier. Scientist recently started to figure out about climate change and what is does to our planet. It would help if you could tell your grandparents, uncles, aunts, and parents to preserve our planet since they didn’t know about climate change back then.

I know that gasses called green house gasses get trapped in our air. The sun produces rays of sunlight in to Earth most are obsorbed by trees and water. When the rays of sun try to come back up the atmosphere traps it in our Atmosphere and makes our tempature higher.

I know what green house gas is and how bad it is for our environment! I didn’t know that a change as small as 1° can make a HUGE change in the environment! I also learned that it was CO2 that was causing global warming and that destroying trees and building factory’s, cars, etc. produces CO2!

Methane gas is partly helping with climate change. Methane gas is mostly from cows I don’t want to say…burps and farts. It may not seem that much is put into the air but with all the cows in the world it does a lot.

I now know so much more about climate change! You nmay not think that i degree is higher but think of a Popsicle you know how in a freezer you it’s 32 degrees and if it rises to 33 the popsicle will melt this is what are earth is like right now!

I know that the carbon cycle is a process that takes Millions of years to make oil and coal! These are fossil fuels. If we use all the fossil fuels on earth there won’t be any left. Fossil fuels make carbon dioxide when they burn. This creates greenhouse gases that trap heat and warm the earth.

I think that everyone should start recycling more often to slow down climate change because if you slow down climate change, the world will become a better place and that would help people everyday.;

I think that climate change is a big problem in the world because everybody uses cars planes trains and boats which release green house gasses and that is part of the reason why there is global warming in the world.That is very bad so stop using cars and use bikes and stop using gasoline tools and use other things to take it’s place.

I think that climate is a problem in the world because everybody uses vehicles witch release green house gasses. I can stop using a lot of paper so people stop chopping down trees and when you chop trees down you are getting rid of a lot of oxygen. That’s really bad so stop chopping down trees.
