Climate change is when the earth gets warmer. Climate change is caused by all pollution going into the atmosphere and getting trapped, slowly the earth gets warmer because there is no place for the pollution to go. For example, if you had a campfire in a room and you closed all the windows and doors there would be no place for the smoke to go. Then if there was a person in the room they would die because there would be no more oxygen. It works the same way for the earth but the earth is much, much bigger! We can stop climate change by riding your bike places instead of asking your mom or dad to drive you. Also you could persuade adults to not use their cars as much.

    what is climate change?
A change of the world something like weather like how cold it gets in the world so one day people can have t-shirts on and another day they could have winter coats.
    whats causing it?
    how the earth is changing.
what can you do about it?
donate winter coats to places were it gets really cold

I think climate change is when gases are changing the atmosphere. I think this is happening because all the things that run on gas or oil are polluting the air. You can prevent this by not using cars or stuff that ejects gases.

Climate change is the Earth’s atmosphere getting warmer and warmer.
It is caused by factories causing carbon dioxide in the air.
I can do something about climate change by writing a letter that says to reduce the the amount of factories that let out carbon dioxide.

I think that climate change is when the leaves start to change color and the air around us is getting hotter. I think that air pollution is causing climate change. We could do to help climate change? Well we could Recycle and stop polluting the Earth

I think climate change is the weather is getting hotter. I think climate change is caused by the use of cars, trucks, anything that uses gas. The gas is hot, the gas that is in cars. It goes in the air and makes it hot. I would do is, I would still have cars, but maybe make cars and trucks that don’t use to much gas.

I enjoyed this website so much! I hope that climate change ends soon! We will need to work hard. I loved the stop motion video, it was so cool! I don’t want the icebergs to melt because I don’t want to live under water!!

I hope that global warming does not get to warm or the ice will melt and and every town will be flooded. I do not want to live in the water. Do you?

What a great website! I really liked the stop motion video. A colleague/classmate of mine who works at your school at Pace University recommended this site as a part of our class discussions. Great job all!

Leaving the lights on wastes electricity and electricity is made at power plants that burn coal and burning coal warms the planet. So turning off the lights more will help keep the planet from warming!
