American students from Cottage Lane School meet with Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon at United Nations Headquarters in New York to encourage him to keep working on getting countries to reduce their air pollution and slow down climate change.

Kids Against Climate Change 
Adults want their kids to have a brighter future so they should help make that happen. Adults can stop smoking if they do, they can recycle, they can get solar panals so they don’t burn more fossil fuels. Adults can help by riding bikes, or walking some where that’s a short distance.

I think that adults should buy hybrid cars.These cars burn a lot less fossil fuels.The cars use half electric-half gas.That would put a lot less pollution into the air. That would slow down climate change because we aren’t speeding up global warming as fast,because we are reducing the amount of greenhouse gasses in the air.Global warming causes climate change.Therefore, we will be slowing down climate change.

Adults should be encouraging kids to slow down climate change.Also they should learn to reuse, reduce, and recycle.They’re the ones that are causing this because they are using cars instead of bike.They should follow these rules because cars can pollute the air when they’re being used.

An adult can buy an energy powered car, switch to solar panels. This doesn’t use as much energy. This is a good way to slow down climate change. Let’s start doing things that will HELP the planet!

Adults can do a lot to slow down climate change. They can buy and use electric cars and take a bus to work instead of driving in their own car. In an electric car, the engine is electric so it doesn’t use gas. A car that needs gas burns fossil fuels and that pollutes the air with CO2. Electric cars don’t burn fossil fuels. Taking the bus also slows down climate change. Instead of everyone burning fossil fuels it their own car, they burn less fossil fuels by everyone taking a bus. Adults can help slow down climate change!

Adults should try to walk or bike more instead of using their car, unless they have an electric or hybrid car. They should because cars pollute the earth. If more people walk or bike, there wouldn’t be as much global warming.

Adults should use electric cars. Electric cars do not use gas so fossil fuels do not burn. That is better because not as much carbon dioxide will go into the air. Wich means there won’t be as much carbon dioxide in the air.
